Greenbean Challenge Official Rules & Legal Terms

1. Eligibility: The Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, you represent and warrant that: You meet all eligibility requirements. Your submission is your own original work. You are legally permitted to participate in contests in your jurisdiction. Void where prohibited by law. 2. How to Enter: To enter the Challenge, participants must: Submit required information through the official entry form on Happy Cheers Inc. Provide recipe notes, images, or other requested materials. Agree to these Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to participate. 3. Submission Requirements: All submissions must: Be created and submitted by the participant. Not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Not violate privacy, publicity rights, or contain unlawful or inappropriate content. The sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these requirements. 4. Grant of Rights: By submitting an entry, you grant Happy Cheers Inc, its owners, and authorized representatives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to: Use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, or share your submitted materials (including recipe notes and images) on the website, social media, and promotional channels. You retain all ownership rights to your content; this license simply permits the sponsor to use the materials for purposes related to the Challenge and general site promotion. 5. Judging and Prizes (If Applicable): If winners are selected: Judging criteria will be determined by the sponsor. All decisions are final and binding. Any prizes offered has no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the sponsor’s discretion. The sponsor is not responsible for taxes or fees associated with any prize. Submissions may be featured publicly at the sponsor’s discretion. 6. Privacy and Data Use: Personal information collected through the entry form (such as name and email) will be used solely for: Administration of the Challenge, Communication with participants, and Website updates or notifications directly related to the Challenge.
